Picksights is a discovery and comparison platform. We help people choose better in two specific areas: travel destinations worth visiting versus overcrowded or overpriced alternatives, and tech product rankings built on real data, not generic opinion.

PickInsights is the analysis layer inside Picksights: the section where we bring together rankings, comparisons and trend signals from every vertical we cover (travel, gaming, tech) in one place. If Picksights is the platform, PickInsights is the engine behind every score and every recommendation.

Our methodology

Every product ranking on Picksights is built from verifiable specs and prices, with the original source cited for each data point. We never fabricate technical specifications or performance results. When something isn’t confirmed — for example, if a manufacturer hasn’t published a spec — we say so explicitly on the page instead of filling in a guess.

Our Picksights Score is a transparent, weighted formula, explained on every page, applied consistently to the cited data — not an editorial opinion dressed up as a number.

Our comparisons (a destination against another, a console against another) follow the same principle: the same criteria and formula, applied to both options equally, ending in a verdict that explains why — not just what.
